i've like no boobs.. nothing on top.

Ok. Right, well to be honest the last 4 days i've done nothing but binge and hated myself for it. Been having about 1500kcals a day. :/
Therefore i'm currently at 9st 4lbs. (130lbs) I want to get to 9st or 8st 13lbs by Wednesday (5 days). Which will be a total loss of 5lbs or so.

Hope by Wednesday i can do so. Plan to eat 1000 or under kcals a day. With loadsa exercise (ie burn 400kcals plus at least.)
Hopefully achievable? See me and my bestie have started a diet plan.. well i have been dieting seriously for the last month and no one know but she has started on idk weight watchers or something which is basically where you cut out all the junk but yeah we're dieting together. And out weigh days are Wednesday mornings. She lost 10lbs in 8 days. :( im so jealous but i suppose she is a big girl like 14 stone or something.. but still.

Gah annoyed. I hate how easy it is for larger people to lose weight yet they still moan (not my friend btw im talking obese people). Like honest to god you could lose a stone a week if you put your mind to it.


Anyway. 5lbs in 5days. By exercise and 1000kcals a day. What do you think people?

eurgh how awful. firstly i decided today i was not going to eat.. atall. but then by 4oclock i had consumed 360kcals..  by 5 i was up at 1500kcals. :/ major binge. my dads cooking dinner just now about (400kcals worth) i am not going to have 1900kcals today. :/

im  going to ask to eat it outside.. then walk round the corner and bin it.. say a prayer for me they won't find it..


so far run 30mins - burnt about 300kcals.
and spin class tonight hopefully burn about 350kcals.
i'll do sit ups later too.

tomorrow im having 700kcals max. :/

on the plus size (aha how ironic) i'm now a size 8. (UK clothing size)

plus cannot wait for my fake tan to arrive feel so pale.


this time next week i WILL be 125lbs.

says i need like 2486kcals or something to maintain my 129lbs weight. therefore i should have lost some more by next week. since my average is like 800-1000kcals. but today im going for 500-600kcals.

again ate shit again today. tomorrow = body cleanse.

will burn 400kcals running in the morning then idk at least another 200. i promise.
maximum consumption will be 600kcals. because i hate food.

anyway, why i was posting. ran my first 10k (6miles) in 2years tonight. time of 49.03 on my watch.. maybe under 49mins because i obvs didnt start on the gun.. took ages to get over the mat.

Cannot wait for tomorrow. CLEANSE/DETOX/BACK ON TRACK FAT BITCH. :-)
away to do 100 sit ups.


applied for a few summer jobs as well so i'll see how i get on.
oh yeah, told my current employer i was leaving at the end of june :-) been working there 1yr and a half cannot wait to get out.

- what is your ideal goal weight
- how much do you plan on losing to get there.
- in what way do you plan on getting there ie fasting restricting.. how long do you think it'll take you to get to your ideal weight.

ate 1700 kcals today.. i was doing the usual under 1000 a day. and them my mum started on me.. how worthless i am etc. how i'm lazy and goodfornothing.. so yes major binge.

 i want this fucking run/race tomorrow to be over with. going to eat 800 tomorrow do my run at night which will burn 600 at least then not eat after it. afterthat on friday im just going to have my dinner. and run every day until wed.


i am disgusting.. kill me. food makes me so depressed. dawn you are vile. no one wants to be your friend. no one cares.

i honestly don't have any friends at all..
i have 5 members of family.. who i fall out with on a regular basis..

all i have is my dog. i love her. thankyou for being there..

I'VE LOST 4LBS. :D way happy<3 it's the most ive ever lost in a week.

Weight last week. 133lbs /9st 7.
Weight this morning. 129lbs/9st 3. BMI 20.8

I'm so glad im in the 20's you have no idea how much of a motivation that is for me..
Want to get to dead on 9. or like 8st 14 next week. So lose another 3/4 pounds.
Btw, im 5'6. Oh and my bmi is no 20.8.

Major happy, goina keep up the exercise and the toning hopefully see some results of that this time next week.
My dads a wee bit grr because i don't eat at night.. like we have our dinner really earling about 4 because of sporting activities etc.. so i have that.. do my sport and won't eat till the next day. But he keeps wanting me to take toast etc at night to 'replenish my energy'.
Anyway race day tomorrow.. so again no running today just swimming/toning.
Oh yeah, cannot wait to get paid. I look awful. Like im grey.. constantly with or without make up.. my mum says i look ill. So friday im buying fake tan via : http://www.feelunique.com/p/Xen-Tan-Dark-Tanning-Lotion-236ml.html
its really good. Used it before. It stays the colour you put it on and doesnt get darker so you decide what shade you want etc. Also it isn't streaky. but yes i need some drastically because i look shit.

last day of week one.

weigh day tomorrow. i really want to be like 129lbs tomorrow, if i reach that i will be so motivated  See once i properly start to lose weight i can't stop. I love it, its a complete rush until i level out and then i usually put on weight.. but no i will keep my weight at hmm 120lbs? ..

Anyway woke up this morning, looked in the mirror as i do every morning to see why i should diet. And eurgh on my legs at the back my veins were reallly sticky outy & HORRRRRIBLE how the fuck am i meanta wear a bikini with those things.. I think it's because ive been running far too much this last week like 6miles a day run. Plus either gym/spin class/or swim set. But yes im resting my legs until race day (thursday night) and just walking toning and maybe some spin since theres no pressure on your legs there.

So  far had some special k and semi skinned. 171kcals.
Goina go walk the dog round the park. Burn 100+.
Come back do 50 sit ups, 30 lower abs, 30 push ups.
Tidy house, find brothers swim kit.
Have cupasoup. 63kals... or some kurly kail and pepper which is 24kcals so whatever. Both if im hungry.
dinner will be about .. idk 500/600kcals.

So like 800kcals all in. x

Oh yeaaaah, one other thing. Yesterday i had about 800 kcals burn about 600 off but i felt so so so bloated and full.. from about 12oclock till bed time.. :/ why is this. I just don't feel empty anymore. Is my stomache used to it now on day 6? But no i felt disgusting.

2 sleeps till weigh day. (Wednesday)

Went for a run this morning -400kcals.  I'm running a race on Thurs, 10k (6miles) trying to get a sub 50mins. which means that tues/wed im going to have to take things easy on the exercise front. ie just toning seshs and swimming. Also goina have to eat carb. meals on Wednesday night and thursday lunch. But hey if it means a sub 50 im happy. Because burning kcals doing it and returning to normal diet as soon as i finish it.

Ok guys, so i haven't weighed myself yet. But i don't feel like i've lost much. Having about 1000kcals a day and burning about an average of 400-600 off a day. Do you think my body will let go of some weight next week? :-)

Went to tesco today. Bought cupa soups - spicy lentil (62kcal per packet) and carrot and corriander(63kcals)
Also. Snackajack which are 41kcals per like circle wafer thing.
Blueberries - like in the full packet there are like 60kcals and theres loadsa them. Theyre my treat :-)
Also curly kail i think its called love this stuff. Goina boil it tomorrow and have it for lunch with salf and pepper on top. 24kcals per serving.

Today my dads made a big fatty stew no joke i lifted it up and a layer of fat had hardened on top... thing is i've to make it because my parents won't be home. So i'll feed my little bruvz it and have a teeeeeny portion for myself - because going to spin class tonight which should be a further burn of 350 :-)


Ok new daily routine also.
1- take 2 multi vitamins a day
2- drink 3L+ of water
3- apply lightner 2xdaily 15mins.
4- 50 sit ups
     30 lower ab raises
    30 push ups

let myself down, family are up. ate about 400/500 up to 5Oclock today - when finished work. Came home and was sitting round dinner table. Big Big sunday meal. bleurgh.

Probably ate about 1500kcals today...


cannnot wait to run it all of tonight, and tomorrow im going to go to tesco and buy idk fruit ( got a craving for blueberries atm) and some nice cuppa soups ( not creamy veg stuff don't like it) or anything else v.low in fat.  Any recommendations on what i should buy?
Tomorrow, im not eating anything but dinner. Running in the morning (burn 400kcals approx) and a spin/turbo class at night (burn 300kcals). Going to be v.restrictive on what i eat because 1st weigh in on Wednesday morning.

So guys i need your help
1) what low fat food to buy eg types of fruit/crackers/soups?
2) How many crunches should i be doing today so that in a month time you can see some err tonedness/muscle?
